After a standout playing career, Coach Nick Juliano enters his first season on the sidelines as the Assistant Defensive Backs Coach for the Garden State Herd. A respected voice in the locker room and on the field, Coach Juliano now brings his leadership and knowledge of the game to a new generation of defensive backs.

Before transitioning into coaching, Nick was a highly decorated Free Safety during his time with the Herd. Over just two seasons, he earned 2x All Star honors, was named First Team All League, and became both the organization’s and league’s all time leader in interceptions (13) and takeaways (16).

His dominance on the field earned him the title of Defensive Player of the Year in 2024.

Nick brings a player’s perspective, a deep understanding of the Herd system, and a commitment to detail and effort. His goal is simple: to help build a tough, intelligent, ball hawking secondary just like the one he led as a player.
