The Garden State Herd has found its direction. With the hiring of Head Coach Wayne Dabney Jr. Dabney has more than 10 years of coaching experience and has implemented the #Kaizen mantra meaning, - Small ongoing positive changes can reap major improvements.

“ We just have to be fast, all speed isn’t good speed, but if we run together, and stay coordinated we can do something. I need 55 Dawgs man, simple. I want football guys!!! Not the guy who only loves the game, I want the guy whose in love with the process. Practicing, attending meetings and beyond”, coach said with a stern face. He later ended the conversation the same way he came in, by simply saying “I need 55 Dawgs.”
