When people talk about being a do it all type of football player, we cannot have this conversation without mentioning a guy like Joseph Calello (@thebearded1_25 ).

Calello, who played QB at Brearley High school (NJ) in a triple option offense under head coach Scott Miller, has put those versatile skillset on display with the Garden State Herd. The Return man/running back/ receiver, was named the Offensive MVP for the Herd in the 2022 season & led the team in receptions & yards.

Head coach Wayne Dabney (@coachwayne1212 ) said to me about Calello, “He has the ability and skillset of a Swiss Army knife, he gives us a mismatch opportunity no matter where he lines up. We are looking forward to seeing him compete this season.”

As OTA’s are set to begin in a few days, it’s going to exciting to see how Dabney (Head Coach) & Keith Anderson (@kanderson0178 ) (Offensive Coordinator) decide to use the versatile Calello this season.
