As the Offensive Coordinator of the Garden State Herd, Coach Stephen Panasuk brings a clear mission: build an elite offense, develop high character athletes, and create a brotherhood built to win.

With years of experience and a deep love for the game, Coach Panasuk has designed an offensive system rooted in execution, simplicity, and relentless competitiveness.

Coach Panasuk’s philosophy starts with understanding why we’re here. For him, football is more than strategy it’s about shaping better men through structure, adversity, and purpose. He sees players as clay and coaches as the ones responsible for molding them into dependable teammates, disciplined competitors, and intelligent athletes.

At the heart of his approach is a commitment to high standards and accountability. He emphasizes the importance of practice intensity, saying, “If we can’t compete in practice, how will we do in games?” His goal isn’t just effort it’s effort with results.

Offensively, Coach Panasuk’s system is built on simple creativity a streamlined playbook with multiple formations, shifts, and motions that keep defenses off balance while allowing his players to play fast and smart. His offensive goals are clear and measurable:

• Score 28+ points per game
• Commit 0 turnovers
• Produce 5 explosive plays (20+ yards) per game
• Dominate the trenches
• Finish everything we do
Every position group has a defined purpose:
• Offensive Line: The foundation respected, protected, and expected to lead with toughness and intelligence
• Quarterbacks: Field generals with freedom, high expectations, and responsibility
• Wide Receivers/Tight Ends: Playmakers with physicality and deep system understanding
• Running Backs: Swiss army knives versatile, smart, and critical to execution in every phase

Coach Panasuk understands that adversity is part of the game and how a team responds to it defines its identity. His goal is not only to win football games but to create opportunities for his players to reach the next level and grow as men.
“As a staff and an offense, we stay up and stay together,” he says. “Because if we can’t deal with adversity, why are we coaching or playing football?”
