Heraldo Nolasco
Recruiting Coordinator - Northern NJ

With over 15 years of playing experience and a lifelong passion for the game, Heraldo “Papo” Nolasco brings energy, insight, and a sharp eye for talent to the Garden State Herd as a Recruiting Coordinator.
Working closely under the guidance of Director of Recruiting Ryan Snyder, Papo plays a vital role in identifying and evaluating the next generation of Herd athletes.
Papo has played football since the age of six, lining up at nearly every position across the offensive line and interior defensive front. A former student athlete at Utica College, he went on to make his professional debut in arena football experiencing firsthand what it takes to compete and succeed at a high level.
Now on the other side of the process, Coach Nolasco focuses on more than just physical talent. He seeks out student athletes who bring discipline, character, and Coach ability players who reflect the core values of the Garden State Herd.
“Football isn’t just my passion it’s my life,” says Nolasco. “And it can be yours too.”
