The Garden State Herd has found its direction. With the hiring of Head Coach Wayne Dabney Jr. Dabney has more than 10 years of coaching experience and has implemented the #Kaizen mantra meaning, - Small ongoing positive changes can reap major improvements.

DL Coach

Dominick has been a coach in many levels of football. Winning championships on the High School Level as well as his minor league football career as a player.

Defensive Coordinator

The Herds ownership is making splash after splash this week. Hiring Juan DePena as the General Manager going into their inaugural season in 2022. DePena has had success as the General Manager of many respectable organizations.

OL Coach

New to the Herd!!! We are happy to announce Ryan Snyder to the coaching staff for the 2022 season. He will be coaching the offensive line and he has many years of experience during his playing years, mostly anchoring at center.

Almost locked in this year and we have our heading. Today we announce the hiring of Darell Linton to be the Wide Receiver Coach. Linton has been a protégé of Dabney’s for a few seasons.

Kevin has become the Head of Advertising for The Herd. Kevin has worked with the National Football League

DB Coach

Josh played for Dabney as a defensive back previously and has played and won 3 Championships with the now defunct New Jersey Wolves. Josh will be an important piece for The Herds success.

Quality Control Coach

Welcome Paul Quinones to the staff.
* Paul has coached with Dabney previously and has spent time in Washington state coaching high school football as a position coach.
